REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
(a) Offline Registration: Download Form
Take out the print of application form from our website and filled the information which has asked in the application form or make your short resume and send the same to our academy along with the following items.
i) Photocopy of your all educational qualification certificates.
ii) Domicile (Mool Niwas)/Caste certificate- If available.
iii) 02 latest passport size color photos.
iv) ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License/Voter ID/School I Card or any other Id proof)
v) Rs. 1,000/- Cash(In the case of by hand only)for the registration fee.

Admission PROCEDURE
After completion of registration, when you come for the coaching at Defence Officers Point, the following items have to be brought at the time of final admission for Coaching/ Training at our institute.
1. Photo copies of all educational certificate 10th & 12th (12th Appearing students can bring photocopy of their 12th examination hall ticket )
2. Domicile (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र) – if available
3. Caste certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र)- if available
4. 15 Passport size color photos in tie.
5. One pair of formal dress with Tie (for Interview/Educational trips)
6. Tracksuit/PT dress for Physical training.
7. One good quality sports shoes for Physical training
8. Some ID Proof
9. Medical fitness certificate (Not older than 06 Months)
10. Full coaching fee as per your course ( we don’t have installments facility)
11. If Hostel facility required – Item as per instructions given to you like two bed sheets, one lock, bedding as per weather.
